I’ve always had a curiosity for what motivates people to achieve great things and a passion for supporting them to do so. As a coach and practitioner, it's really important that I provide a safe environment to partner with you in exploring what matters most to you or your organization, defining clear goals, and building the confidence to make meaningful changes.
I have 15 years experience supporting organizations in the private, public, and charity sectors to lead effectively, work smarter, and develop high performing teams. My experience combined with my training as a business psychologist, uniquely positions me to advise companies and leaders to overcome challenges in achieving their ambitions.
As a coach, I believe that people are capable of amazing things. It's critical that leaders have the opportunity to lead with the integrity and authenticity that has the power to inspire innovation, human connection and more conscious business practice. I work with ambitious leaders and executive professionals to provide a space for personal and professional growth. My coaching training has focused on going 'deep', with an understanding adult development and behavior change, and a strong foundation in ICF's core principles.

Underpinning all my work is a belief that people could be living more fulfilling lives, and (with so much of our lives spent at work) that workplaces can disrupt the current dynamic by fostering happier workers and healthier connection. This belief fuelled the curiosity for my first degree in organizational psychology from George Washington University (Washington, DC). Idealistic and passionate about the potential for improving the state of the workplace, I was drawn to my first career as a management consultant.

My professional services experience started at Deloitte Consulting, developing and transforming over 40 organizations. In that time, I worked and lived in the US, New Zealand, and the UK. I further developed my experience as a Learning & Organization Development Specialist at Cancer Research UK, where I worked with leadership and teams to help them translate an ambitious and exciting strategy into action with the hope to cure cancer sooner. With the support of coaching, I transitioned my career into becoming my own boss and established a coaching and consulting practice in 2016 which allows me to do my best work and adapt to the ever-changing demands of life.

Providing a professional and rich experience for my clients is fundamental to my values. As part of my commitment to continuous learning, I completed an MSc in Industrial / Organisational & Business Psychology at University College London in 2017, which enables me to apply the latest in behavioral science to solve the toughest problems facing my clients.
