COACHING IN UNCERTAIN TIMES

These are unprecedented and turbulent times.

From our experience as coaches and clients, we know that coaching can provide an invaluable opportunity to slow down, step back, take stock and recalibrate, particularly when our world is feeling complex and uncertain.

Like so many people at this time, we want to make a contribution, so we have set aside time to offer coaching as a gift to those facing challenges of all kinds during the coronavirus outbreak.

In particular, this could be helpful for:

  • People whose work or career has been disrupted by the economic impact of coronavirus.

  • People who work in a key role, or are feeling intense pressure in their work due to the pandemic.

  • People who are struggling to cope with the uncertainty and chaos of the current situation.

  • People who are feeling called by the situation to be creative, get resourceful and step up to create change for themselves, their community, and the world.

Each of the coaches listed below is experienced, highly trained and receives coaching and supervision of their own. Sessions will be online or on the telephone, and will last 60-90 minutes.

Each coach has offered to create three spaces each week for sessions like this.

If you feel that this kind of support would help right now, or you know someone who might benefit from working with a coach, please reach out directly to one of the coaches below.
