Do You Want from Your Life?

Coaching offers an opportunity for individuals to unlock their own potential in order to progress their journey in the most meaningful way. Through developing competency in self-reflection, decision making and taking action, I work with ambitious leaders who want to raise their game and find the balance needed to show up as their best self. We partner to reconnect to their authenticity and values, clarify meaningful goals, design the lifestyle that best supports future growth, and empower them with the confidence to live an inspiring life.

WHAT

CONSIDER COACHING?

People are capable of the most amazing things. Coaching provides the structure and challenge to help people become more effective through understanding their true potential.

As a coach, I help mid-career and executive professionals looking to:

  • Raise your game

  • Navigate conflict and workplace challenges

  • Adopt habits for working smarter

  • Cope with transition

By taking the time to explore your strengths and what motivates you, we can build a strong foundation for you to make sustainable choices.

Together, we work to shape a journey that embodies you core values and empowers you to act.

“If you’re trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I’ve had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.”
— Michael Jordan

WHY

HOW
 COACHING WORKS

Each journey is unique to your mission and goals. We start with a complimentary consultation session to discuss your motivations for considering coaching and begin to define your objectives. This will also be an opportunity for you to get a deeper understanding of the coaching process and what you hope to get out of it. From there, a typical coaching session lasts one hour. It can be in person, over the phone, or using video conferencing. You have the option of scheduling per session or selecting a session package. There are no limits to the number of sessions, but a typical coaching engagement would be about 4-6 sessions.

Broadly, the approach I take includes the following 5 steps:

“The coaching I’ve done with Nicole has helped me face some of the biggest changes I have had to make for a long time. This year has been one where I have turned some very big personal and professional corners and dealt with big life events. Working with Nicole I have found myself breaking patterns of behaviour that were deeply ingrained but out-of-date.”

WHY

USE A COACH?

Stephen Hawking once said: “I have noticed even people who claim everything is predestined, and that we can do nothing to change it, look before they cross the road.” Having the awareness and courage to change your circumstance puts you in the driver’s seat of life.

Through coaching you not only have the opportunity to define your potential but also to learn how to use it. Coaching promotes skills in self-reflection, embedding good habits, defining achievable goals and communication. Benefits of coaching include increased productivity, clear decision making, greater self-confidence, and improvement in your ability to cope with change. Most importantly, coaching gives you the chance to take a step back and decide on what right for you to be the best version of yourself.
